The Avon Court office space is laid out in a horseshoe configuration around a landscaped courtyard. The flexible configuration is almost identical to Severn Court and allows each building to be split into two units, or consolidated as one.
Avon Court is demonstrated below as a two unit option, with all units benefitting from the excellent rural location, and broadband speed that all Brockeridge Park tenants enjoy.
