New planning application submitted for latest phase at Brockeridge Park, Tewkesbury

Gloucestershire developer, Tiarks Developments has submitted an outline planning application for the latest phase of its flagship Brockeridge Business Park at junction 1 of the M50 near Tewkesbury.

The application for distribution, light industrial and associated offices totals 4,553 sq m (49,000 sq ft) split into 1,845 sq m B1 offices, 1,354 sq m B2 industrial and 1,354 sq m B8 storage / distribution. The close proximity of Brockeridge Park to the national motorway network (J1, M50 less than one minute; J8 M5 three minutes) means that the latest phase would be ideally suited to a distribution or transport operation or a light manufacturing business.

Flexibility is key with the outline planning application and Tiarks Property Developments are interested in talking to potential occupiers about their specific requirements which could be accommodated at Brockeridge Park within a 999-year leasehold agreement.

Phase 2 is a great prospect for an owner occupier and is ready to go and we have submitted an outline planning application to Tewkesbury Borough Council for the latest flexible phase.“

He continuned, “This is an excellent opportunity for a distribution or transport business to take advantage of Brockeridge’s excellent location and highly successful formula. Phase 3 in common with the rest of Brockeridge Park, can also benefit from the development’s own high-speed broadband network.
