The right environment at Brockeridge Park
CSA Environmental is one of the country’s leading environmental consultants, specialising in ecology, landscape, masterplanning, archaeology and heritage work.
CSA Environmental is one of the country’s leading environmental consultants, specialising in ecology, landscape, masterplanning, archaeology and heritage work. CSA have six UK offices, including their new base at Brockeridge Park. In December, CSA took up 1,853 sq ft of office space at Ripple Court, one of twelve businesses at this popular location just off junction 1 of the M50.
The Tewkesbury office’s focus is very much on the environmental side and the team is made up of over fifteen ecologists and two archaeological and heritage experts, along with business support staff.
According to CSA Director, Aidan Marsh, “Much of the work the Tewkesbury team undertakes is within the West Midlands and South West, so being so close to junction 8 of the M5 is perfect for us. Brockeridge Park is fantastically accessible for reaching our client’s sites across the region and beyond.
“As you can imagine much of our project work takes us out in the field, but being at Brockeridge Park also gives us a great location for clients and staff without having to worry about parking or congestion. Our team adopts a hybrid working model, but the modern open-plan space ensures that when staff are in the office they can work collaboratively and learn from one another. We also have dedicated break out spaces and meeting areas, which is perfect for the way we work.”
CSA represents a wide range of public and private clients, working across residential, commercial, infrastructure, renewables and other development sectors. As of 12 February 2024, delivering 10% Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) is now mandatory for all development projects and this is a huge new area of work.
Aidan Marsh, continues, “CSA’s ecologists and landscape architects are heavily involved in helping developers to deliver on their BNG commitments and we’re applying all our skills to achieve successful outcomes that benefit both people and nature.”
The CSA team at Brockeridge is working on a huge range of projects which can be found on their website https://csaenvironmental.co.uk/projects/.
